📚 How Free Chips Work
Free Chips are non-withdrawable promotional credits. Place a bet using your chips on any Shuffle Live Lobby table. Once your chips are wagered 1x, all resulting winnings automatically convert into withdrawable balance.
1. Mechanics & Distribution Prizes drop randomly during active gameplay across any participating Pragmatic Play Live Casino table. No minimum multiplier or specific game outcome is required to trigger a drop.
2. Prize Pool & Redemption A total of 2,500 fixed-tier prizes valued from $10.00 USD to $250.00 USD will drop throughout the promotional period.
Prizes are issued as promotional Free Chips in $1, $5, $10 or $25 USD denominations. Drops auto-credit in the active cryptocurrency selected on the player profile at the time of the event.
3. Entry Criteria To enter the active drop pool, players must complete at least ten (10) qualifying rounds with a minimum stake of $5.00 USD per round, and reach $100.00 USD in total cumulative volume on qualifying titles. Interrupted rounds or technical disconnections do not count toward qualification milestones.
4. Exclusivity & Stacking While volume can be generated on any network Pragmatic Play Live table, Free Chips are strictly restricted to Shuffle Live Lobby tables. Free Chips may be stacked to meet table minimums (e.g., combining five $1.00 chips for a $5.00 bet). For bets placed using a combination of real crypto and Free Chips, all resulting winnings route to the bonus balance until the promo turnover is fully cleared.
5. Turnover & Expiry Free Chips carry a 1x wagering requirement on Shuffle Live Lobby tables before funds convert to withdrawable cash. Chips expire seven (7) days after issuance if turnover is incomplete.
6. Anti-Hedging & Fair Play Minimal-risk wagering or hedging strategies are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, betting both Red and Black on Roulette, covering more than 67% of the Roulette grid, or placing opposing Player/Banker bets on Baccarat. Any attempt to abuse low-risk coverage will result in immediate forfeiture of chips and associated winnings.
7. Multi-Accounting & Eligibility Strictly limited to one profile per individual, household, residential address, IP environment, and unique device ID. VPNs, proxies, and automated scripts are barred and trigger an immediate ban and balance forfeiture.
8. General Shuffle and Pragmatic Play reserve the right to amend, pause, or void this promotion at any time. Server log data from Pragmatic Play remains the sole authority for drop triggers. Standard platform T&Cs apply.
9. Self-Exclusion & Account Restrictions Players currently under an active self-exclusion period, temporary cooling-off restriction, or whose accounts are suspended or closed at the time of a drop event are strictly ineligible to participate in or claim rewards from this promotion. Any Free Chips accidentally issued to an ineligible account will be immediately rendered void alongside any associated winnings.
